I googled "apartment washers/dryers" but didn't see any like I used to have. Small electric dryer mounted on a stand and a washer on wheels that stored under the dryer when not in use and rolled to the kitchen sink and attached to the faucet for washing. That way, the wash water and rinse water was pumped into the sink, but it tied up the kitchen faucet.
I continued to use them after I moved into my sticks and bricks with its own laundry room. I eventually replaced them with a regular washer and a dryer that ran on 240V. The apartment W/D ran on a 120V outlet and it took a long time to dry a load.
