We bought a 2011 Shadow Cruiser 195WBS from Reines RV in Manassas, VA. We had lots of questions which they answered patiently and honestly. There were a number of issued that needed correction after our walk-thru and all of those issues were corrected. We paid for the trailer in full, but were unable to remove it from the dealership's lot for a month. They let us keep it there without charge. I would not hesitate to purchase another RV from Reines, and plan to use the dealership for our annual service.
