Post nothing but good things, like service etc.

No sure if this was every posted. But lets start a post were you only list good service received. Sometime you get tired of all the negative post, and its a rainy day and I need a pick me up. So lets list dealer, RV parks, service centers, tire stores etc. etc were your received good service. I'll start. Mor/ryde in Elkhart IN. We received 4 hour of technical service, checking wheel alignment and 6 hours in one of their bays without a charge. I thought it was a alignment problem with their independent suspension and it was a tire problem. Had the tire replaced at half price at the Goodyear store in Elkhart. The 7th Ranch RV Park in Garryowen MT. Free ice cream on arrival. Escorted to your site. Went out of their way to tell about attraction in the area, The Little Big Horn. Lets keep it going.

  • Sunrise Camping in Hickory NC. I bought my Torque toyhauler from them a little over a month ago. had a fantastic fan installed in the garage and it leaked the other day in a big rainstorm. They came out to my house promptly, no charge, fixed the hole on the roof that the sealant missed, thankfully no roof wetness and all was fine. Service man chatted with me and checked some other things all with a smile.
Nice people, great service and fast!
  • When we pulled into the Village of Trees RV Park in Declo, ID last month, we noticed a problem with one of our wheels. Noticed the CG had ads for 2 different mobile mechanics in their flyer, and called one of them, Rob's Mobile Repair Service. He came out to the CG that (Saturday) evening, had a look, and said he wanted to redo our wheel hubs. He pulled both axles, but the other axle he didn't feel needed work (it had been replaced a year ago, and we haven't gone very far this year). He was back Monday morning with the parts, replaced the bearings and we were ready to roll by noon. Excellent service, we feel. I'd make the trek there again just for that!
  • I bought a used camper from King's Campers in Wasaua WI. I explained to the salesman that no motels close to the store accepted 4 Collies. The salesman stayed after hours and had my trailer hooked up to water and electric. I spent the night and did the paper work the next day. They went out of there way for me.
  • Shortly after I bought my 2004 'C', I made an appointment at the Camping World in Bowling Green, KY. to have HWH Levelers, an in-motion Sat Dish and metal valve extensions for the dualies installed. I drove down from Cincinnati and arrived about a half hour early. WRONG. Bowling Green is just over the border into Central Time, so I was a half hour late. They had an empty lift waiting for me, so I hopped out, completed the paperwork and drove the toad to a nearby motel. When I returned the next morning, everything was complete, and while I paid the bill, they hooked up my toad and sent me on my way.
The Motel was a different story. They looked at me a little strangely when I asked for a single. When I walked into the room, I was assaulted by red velvet everything and a hot tub for two. I had to turn up the volume on the TV to drown out the squeaky springs next door. I'm pretty sure I could have ordered 'room service' for the night. :)
  • I walked in the Little Rock AR Camping World and a lady met me at the door asking if she could help me find anything. I told her I was looking for a new CM and smoke detecter. She walked me back to where they were, helped me find the one I was looking for and carried it up to the checkout for me. This was after she asked if she could help me find anything else. Nice service, I was in and out in minutes, even though they probably want to keep you in the store as long as they can, but I was in a rush.
  • I know that others will not not believe this but...

I have always had a good experience at Camping World, both in the store and service!
  • Bought a used fiver from a dealer about a month ago. Great people to deal with, gave us a great break on parts, fixed everything on the unit that wasn't right, gave us a detailed PDI and run through, put in a new battery offered to help us with hooking up to our truck etc etc. What made me "feel good" was the sticker they put on the door. Sold to another great customer. We appreciate your business. Nice touch...I thought. Thanks Holiday RV in Redcliff, Alberta!
