Potti Odors

Greetings,

For controlling those odors eminating from the "throne... I found a product via an advertisement. The name is POOPOURRI. That name summarizes it's function.

It works by a spritz of spray on top of the water. A film developments onto the water surface. This film hides any odor-causing
matter (poo) by keeping the odor UNDER the poopourri film.

Ty it and let us know if it works as advertised.

POOPOURRI.com

I'm a RV.NET member, NOT an employee of poopourri, Thought it a helpful idea for folks

:)

  • If you have potty odors, than maybe your back tank needs a good flushing. I never use chemicals and never have odors. It has taken me years to figure the secret out. The secret is water and lots of it in the tank at all times and good flushing when draining. Steve

I agree. The water in the toilet is the odor barrier, not the poo stuff you spray on it.
  • If water is staying in toilet bowl then it is providing a vapor barrier......no odors can pass thru.

Might as well spritz some cheap cologne in the toilet.....Brut or High Karate comes to mind

Just another way for RV'rs to waste their money on aftermarket products that are not needed.

If you have odors INSIDE your rig..find the source of stink and fix it. Not mask it with snake oil
