here in RGV of Texas

I pay $0.15 per kw.. about $45.00 a month, NO air conditioning (wife hates it)
main power user is microwave. sometimes toaster oven.

I heat water heater with propane... and pay $18.00 per 30 pound refill.
Trailer heated by propane.. not electric.
