Power cord
Is there any problem leaving the power cord on my TT plugged in when when not in use.

Always check battery water. I've found in my case monthly is sufficient. Depends on how strong your charger maintains your batteries. Keep an eye on the water for 6 months or so and you will learn how often you need to check on them.
