I think it may depend on the station. I normally use regular in my Ecoboost but when towing I use premium. Recently traveled to the NC mountains and I saw a wide range. Most were 30-35 more but some were 50-60 cents higher. None as high as 75 but it doesn't surprise me. Supply and demand. Just checked gas buddy and it is about 50cents locally.
