There was an rv dealership close to me that was only open Monday thru Friday and closed every day at 5 PM. No weekends. Plus was closed on all holidays.... I was talking to them about a new rv and one was coming in that I wanted. I was told I would be called as soon as it pulled on the lot. Guess what no call. So I bought from another dealer....Customer service means you are available when customers are available and that means the weekends. Well most people who work shop on the weekends. So their business did not stay in business ............
