Priority One dealer network

One dealer is touting being a part of it. I generally dont go back to dealer for any work but if something major was to happen while travelling i could see the benefit if they truly followed through with the promise of being put to the front of the line. Its no extra cost, just something he dlr is apart of. Experiances ? I already know here will be opinions.
