Problem Using Out of State Credit Card at Pump

The problem I have is the stupid low $75.00 limit on the card and some places won't let you restart the pump using that card. Due to the credit card thefts, will not let the minimum wage clerk hold my CC while I fill up. My wife will stand there with the CC in hand.
