Problem Using Out of State Credit Card at Pump

OK, folks. Just got off the phone with VISA and they cleared up the problem (hopefully) for now. I have to call back before Aug 22nd to reinstitute the freeze clearance. Kind of a pain having to wait on hold for customer assistance, using up the minutes on my cell phone but I accept that these are serious times and this procedure has become necessary.
