yep, found that out last summer out in Utah. fortunately I carry
another CC besides PenFed's. I called my wife back in Tn and she
called PenFed and got it squared away. lesson learned, not all CC are
the same...it's funny now, not so much then. I was quite embarrassed
when I went inside the station and told him the pump wouldn't take it.
he ran it through the store scanner and it was denied there too...
on the bright side I was happy to learn that PenFed has a designated
region for each of their card holders before red flags pop up. good security!
