Had one shop check and adjust brakes and they've said all is good. Had a different shop check voltage at TV's connector and they said all is good. No idea where to go now other than accept poor brakes is just the way it is. TV's brakes are strong and some braking from FW along with EB and its just barely acceptable.
Has anyone actually removed the brake drums. If not that needs to be done. You should have better brakes than what you describe. There is something wrong with the brakes.
