Propane costs lately

I should also point out that LP prices are set to rebound quite sharply over the next 6 months or so. Spot price currently is $1.06/gal, up from $0.86/gal earlier this summer. If you have been enjoying low LP prices lately, I suspect that will soon change.

Illinois has been running $3.50/gal retail more or less all summer.

I did, however, see $3.99/gal once though, so if you paid $3.99/gal in the midwest, I wouldn't consider that to be too unusual.

$2.99 @ Union 76 near us.
$2.69 @ Harris Welding supply near us (with an over 20# purchase).

$1.99 and $1.69 at two different RV suppliers. Gas stations seem to be around $3+

Not sure what the $\litre was but an empty 20# is about $11 to fill at Costco.

Pilot/Flying J seems to be $3 to $3.25 per gallon.
