Plus they will not accept out of date tanks. This leaves the owner holding the bag, and having to find a place to accept them.
When you go to a Blue Rhino or such at a CVS or someother retail location the little girl with the keys to the cage outside is just happy that you didn't make her touch that nasty old tank, take which ever you want.
