Propane..unlawful to have fridge on...is incorrect...

I had no idea and although this is a Canadan quote, the thread suggests that many states have similar. Whch doesn't surprise me..usually Canada follows suit. http://drivesmartbc.ca/rvs/operating-rv...

I never drive with propane on and never will. It has not been a problem since 1974 when we started RVing. When a fridge is on, spark cycle can start at any moment since everything is automatic. If you happen to be in a gas station when that happens it can be very dangerous. The problem is not propane but an open flame and sparking.
