New Jersey is the only state in the US that wants propane turned OFF while driving on open highways. Virginia requires propane be turned off in tunnels. Maryland and Massachusetts don't allow propane in tunnels at all. Quite a few Canadian Provinces require propane be turned off while driving.
New Jersey......on open highways????
Please provide the actual LAW
New Jersey does prohibit propane in bridge/tunnels but OPEN HIGHWAYS are not mentioned.
LP Gas prohibited between Manhattan and Jersey City in the Holland Tunnel. Between Manhattan and Fort Lee, the lower level of the George Washington Bridge (I-95 South) and George Washington Bridge Expressway. Between Manhattan and Weehawken in the Lincoln Tunnel.
Not disputing here, but as you mentioned, please provide the actual law (i.e. link to official online law from the state or at least reference the code that can be researched.)
