Do you have a more up=to-date reference, other than someones web page from 2000?
Surely you're as capable of using Google as I or anyone else ... no?The other thing that strikes me as funny, is, if you are on the freeway, when do you get a chance to turn your gas off, as you approach tunnels? I don't think that happens a lot!
"Funny"? :h Any of the countless times we've encountered tunnels or bridges with propane restrictions it's always been posted with signs and an area provided before entering where we could pull over and turn off the tanks ... always. Get out more and you'll notice the same. ;)
Sorry if i hit a nerve, that wasn't my intention. I'm not into researching this issue, as i have in the past. It's just that if references are provided, then they should be to a current regulation from the official governing site, and not someones opinion
My mention re tunnels was, because of 9 (now 10) pages where the vast majority has stated that they do drive with it on (again, a personal decision). If you take this in context, i'd hazard a guess that members of this forum are probably only 1% of all the RVers' out there. If you could interpolate this figure to represent the entire number of RVers', then we would be seeing serious major traffic tieups due to this. I don't ever remember seeing this, do you? I realize the math is fuzzy, but you get the idea! Does everyone walk the walk? When i said funny, i was being sarcastic!
