And...once installed....my local storage lot insists on my dropping off the trailer, and then they take it into the lot and park it. They much prefer having access to the ball coupler for their tractor to use. Will this be an issue with the 3P? What does your dealer or other do to move your trailer with a 3P around when you drop off for service, etc?
Yes, moving the trailer with the Propride or a Hensley will be an issue for the dealer or your storage lot. There is a solution however. Take a look at this post for some ideas on how to do it.

I'm in this position now, needing to take my camper in for some work to be done on it. Sean at Propride sells a "Lot Bar". Similar to what Barney is talking about. The only issue I see with either option is the coupler is for a 2" ball. Most dealers that use a tractor to move trailers around use a 2 5/16" ball since the vast majority of campers have a 2 5/16" coupler. I'm not sure if it's worth spending the money making or buying one of these if the dealer has to go to the trouble of changing out the ball just to move your camper. Might as well just leave them your stinger and tell them to use a Lot Truck.
Just a side note. Sean explained to me the reason for the 2" coupler is so people don't try to actually tow their camper with the lot bar attached. It's strictly to move it around a storage lot or dealer lot when in for work to be done.
