Trailer says 50psi, tires say 65psi, tire store says 5 less than max which is 60psi. Who is right?

That's charts kind of weird. According to it the weight on my tires (225/75/15D) of 7300lbs divide by 4=1825lb each. I should only run 40 psi in them. Really?
FWIW I always run 65psi because I like to tow at 62-64mph.
