You’re joking now, right? You think brake lights are only for tailgaters? There’s also 3 lights so no problem if one is burned out.
Brake lights exist for a very good reason and in my opinion aggressive ehaxust brakes should light them. Relying on the depth perception of the driver following you to determine your tailgate is rapidly approaching his grill is asking for it.
