You’re joking now, right? You think brake lights are only for tailgaters? There’s also 3 lights so no problem if one is burned out.
Brake lights exist for a very good reason and in my opinion aggressive ehaxust brakes should light them. Relying on the depth perception of the driver following you to determine your tailgate is rapidly approaching his grill is asking for it.
Not exactly a joke and most trailers have two lights, not three. Do you understand that if one bulb is burned out, and the driver pumps the brakes, it can be mistaken for a turn signal. Exhaust brakes are not all that aggressive, more like someone downshifting. Should we have the brake lights come on in every gear but the highest?
