Also not very cool of you to do that, unless it was raining out. Some people would prefer their car not be spritzed with water on a sunny day. And others will hope it's not your black tank leaking....
I see no problem draining water while driving and I do it myself. You would have to be three feet off my bumper to see any water on your vehicle. If your following that close you deserve to get a little wet.
