Pullrite and Equalizer advice

Today, I bought a used Pullrite trailer hitch. I was told it is already setup for my Ford F-250. Everything seemed to be in good condition. Part of the sale, also, was an Equalizer brand weight distributing hitch.

I'm kind of in a quandary if I should install the Pullrite or just go with the Equalizer alone. Currently, I'm pulling a '72 Starcraft that scales around 5000 lb.. My scaled tongue weight was 560 but that has been nudged up a bit with the installation of some more gear (haven't had the time to scale it again, yet). It has two 3500 lb. torsion axles with shocks.
My first trips were without any special hitch and it towed beautifully. It does squat the rear of the truck a bit and I thought a weight distributing hitch might be a worthwhile addition, at least get some of the weight back onto the front axle. The receiver is also rated at only 600 lbs..

So, my choices are Pullrite alone or in concert with the Equalizer, Equalizer alone, or no special hitch. Anyone have any thoughts?

There is absolutely no comparison between a Pullrite hitch and an Equalizer hitch. The Pullrite is a premium hitch and the Equalizer is the hitch the dealer uses to throw in to make a deal. It is an entry level hitch. Go with the Pullrite if you have the room under the truck (spare tire and exhaust) and the payload to handle it's considerable weight.
