:) snow bowl was the place i was thinking for sure..

az is a lot like hawaii, the big island. you can snowboard down the volcano, Mauna Kea, in the morning and surf off the coast that afternoon

No that sporting goods store is Cabelas. And yes, we've lived in AZ for a number of years. Actually there are a couple of ski areas. The Sno Bowl on Humprey's Peak just north of Flagstaff and Sunrise Park in Greer. The NoSnowInAZ is tongue in cheek.
