Like most SUVs the Santa Fe has a low payload capacity, soft suspension, and P rated tires. These vehicles are designed to be people haulers, with the occasional trip to the lake pulling a boat, or a utility trailer to the lumber yard or landscape supplier. A TT is a much harder thing to pull with its massive wind resistance and higher percentage of tongue weight. All trailers are not created equal.
