We tow a 2009 Frontier King Cab with the same powertrain. It behaves well behind the RV, but it lets us know its weight on steep grades. We had a much lighter Jap pickup before the Frontier, and the 1000-pound difference is noticeable. It tracks fine and stopping is not a problem, we use a Brake Buddy.
What year is your Class C chassis? I changed our front axle to the 2008+ one with bigger brakes and it helps all aspects of driving the rig.
