Question? Fueling with Refrigerator or Furnace Running

Do I turn mine off? Nope. It does say to in the manual.

While living in Italy for three years, we had our car fueled by people smoking and operating the pumps....nothing catastrophic ever happened. At first I was very uneasy, but then just went with it, never saw any fires or explosions.....not to say that it won't ever happen. Plus, I am sure that if you are at a station and it goes up b/c of your fridge, then I bet you would be held liable, if they are able to prove it....
