When we leave for Az we heat the camper warm enough 9around 55) to assure the refrigerator runs. If it gets too cold in the 5er the frige won't run and frozen thaws.And when we get to stop for the night it is halfway warm. Does not take much to finish warming. As for CO, I have an alarm and never had it sound. I feel that with the air over the exhust it is washed away.IMO
