Just to be clear, I have never received any request from CW to do something with a thread, nor have I received any such comms from Admin. The only guidelines I have are the forum rules and "the wisdom of years".
CW has their own mods, presumably employees of CW, that cruise the forums and look for things that are CW's business. If you post a problem here about CW, you'll get a response with a phone number to call to help you resolve the issue. I've seen a couple over the past few months. I guess it's like when you bust airspace and get a number to call from the tower.
Some people look for a conspiracy in everything. There is no Moderator cult here. We have the rules and our judgment. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.
