I take my drawbar/hitch head out of the TV receiver and using the locking pin shown below run it thru a link on one of my safety chains and then thru the pin and install the pin back on the drawbar/hitch head locking it to the safety chain.
If you have one of the above with the bend on one end you need to obviously run the end with the lock thru the link in the safety chain after you have installed the pin into the hole on the drawbar.
