I'm guessing you won't find many dealers who will take you up on this idea.
What's to stop you from taking the lowest offer then using that to get a slightly better deal from another dealer. Playing one against another. Ever try to get a car dealer to put their very best offer in writing signed by the boss? Not going to happen.
You might say "well I just wouldn't do that. It's not fair". How would a dealer know that?
