Yes, buyers will want to test drive in our experiences.
When we sell high dollar items, we have the transaction done at either our bank, or the purchasers bank.
At our bank, it is done by wire transfer, from their bank to ours. Once the transfer is complete, our bank notarizes the title and transaction is complete. At their bank, we have been there to have the cashier hand us a certified check, and that bank notarizes the title. Transaction complete.
Either way, we have a bill of sale made out with 2 copies. One for them, one for us with signatures. Take off the plates ( in AZ ) and go home and do DMV paperwork, and cancel insurance.
