Big Chief RV Park is about .25 mile from the Coffeyville plant and you could walk or ride a bike from there. It's about 7 miles to town and there is a Walmart. IIRC from 2009 we got most of our taxes back from Kansas after filing non-resident.

Well, Nevada has no state income tax but not sure about sales tax, you could look at the sales tax for Washoe County. The rv park most people seem to stay at is Desert Rose. It's fine, there's not much in Fernley, guess there is a Wal Mart but for most other shopping you would have to drive into Sparks, about 30 mi.

We worked at Campbellsville KY last year and will be back this year. As above, we stayed at Heartland and walked all but three days when it was raining. Weather was good last year but I heard that it froze earlier and more days in a row the year before. We got most of our KY state and county tax back as a non-resident.

I worked in KY last year and stayed at Heartland RV park. That park is basically a large gravel parking lot but it was within walking distance for me, about .25 mile one way. Many of the workers still drove. There were a few shifts when I wish I had.

Didn't worry about sales tax since I was only buying groceries downtown. They did withhold KY state tax from the paychecks and I got over 95% of it back when I filed as a non-resident.
