There are three critical pieces of information missing, and without them we don't have a good basis for providing advice.
We need to know the tongue weight and the total trailer weight in order to know if the tongue weight percentage is in the right ball park.
We also need to know how much load is being transferred by the WDH because the amount of sway control generated is almost entirely dependent on the amount of load which is applied to the WD bars.
