quick question..30,000 miles servicing
Do most people do the changing of the transmission fluid at 30K miles? I have an f-53 ford chassis. Just wondered.

Depends on the transmission. Some of the Ford transmissions specify changing the fluid at 30K. Others much higher. Have your Ford dealer check what transmission you have and see what is specified for it.
Took the DW's 2008 Expedition in and told them to do the 30K service as specified in the manual. They flushed and changed the transmission fluid. Found out later that fluid change was not required on that transmission until much higher mileage. Again, some are 30K, some are higher. Service manager and I had a few words over that one. Did not get a full refund but did get significant discount on next service visit.
