What kind of hours do you like? I would like to see graduated hours. 10:00 PM all electronic entertainment and/or musical instruments off. 10:00 to 1:00, quiet conversation ok. 1:00 to 6:00...

I would say that from 10:00PM until 9:00AM, you shouldn't disturb your neighbor.
Bottom line!
It will depend a bit on how close that neighbor is, and how good their hearing is:)
Quiet conversation around a fire pit is one thing....wild moans and groans from a bouncing camper are another:B
Besides, that "complete silence" is a tough one.....I snore, and occasionally fart in my sleep.....or so I'm told:B
