What kind of hours do you like? I would like to see graduated hours. 10:00 PM all electronic entertainment and/or musical instruments off. 10:00 to 1:00, quiet conversation ok. 1:00 to 6:00...

So, there I was, listening to my neighbor explain the existence of life, giving me the answers to all my questions, when I noticed on my watch that it was 9:59:59, so I had to stop him....and walk away:(
Again, if we don't disturb out neighbors, and they don't disturb us, who needs the rules. The only rule that really counts, is the "Golden Rule"....it's worked for me all my life:)
