What kind of hours do you like? I would like to see graduated hours. 10:00 PM all electronic entertainment and/or musical instruments off. 10:00 to 1:00, quiet conversation ok. 1:00 to 6:00...

If Bose can make headphones to do it, why not a 'silent fence' of some sort ? I would love that, especially camping near RR tracks. It's hard to sleep with headphones on.
