Amen to that! Sometimes it seems like us Americans are becoming such snobs - from overbearing HOA rules, to what appears to be excessive campground rules. Where does it end? When we get so worked up about a single weed growing in person's yard, to what time they arrive, or depart, from a campground, it's time to question what is truly important. You know the saying ... don't sweat the small stuff.

All I know is, as soon as two or more people are involved in anything, conflict will soon follow ranging from infrequent, to never ending. Much of the conflict can be avoided by following the famous golden rule.

For generators, I do my best to make use of it (when in a camground) infrequent and short in duration. Not only do my neighbors not want to hear it, I don't thrive on listening to it run either.
