Ain't all about you, either! Just because someone likes a little peace and quiet while they are trying to sleep or finds screaming kids annoying, that doesn't make them a grumpy old codger. Go look up the term "respect". Me thinks you need a little refresher on the definition.
Hold on there boy-o. I'm not into handing out "respect" just because someone come along and demands it. Where I come from, you earn respect by your actions and deeds. You don't bother me and I respect you. And I don't sit on my front porch, scowling at the world, and wait for someone to come by so I can be bothered. The world doesn't rotate around anyone. You can't be so rigid in your thinking. Go look up the term "intolerant". Me thinks you need a little refresher on the definition
