What kind of hours do you like? I would like to see graduated hours. 10:00 PM all electronic entertainment and/or musical instruments off. 10:00 to 1:00, quiet conversation ok. 1:00 to 6:00...

The guy that had the idea of wearing something over the ears sounds doable and perhaps he could put those sleeping blinders over his eyes and a those nose pinching devices on so no one would be disturbed by snoring. :E
