What kind of hours do you like? I would like to see graduated hours. 10:00 PM all electronic entertainment and/or musical instruments off. 10:00 to 1:00, quiet conversation ok. 1:00 to 6:00...

To me, I think 11 pm to 7am is fine. You don't have to go to bed, just be quiet enough that your neighbors don't hear ya. But a person should be mindful of how close they are to neighbors and where they are located. If you know you want to stay up late and chat with other campers that might disturb others, then maybe try to find a place in the campground where you will be away from others. Or if you are camping out next to each other, then get in between your campers and make sure there is no outside beside the campfire. Just use common sense and be a good neighbor.
