Rain blows in stove exhaust fan flap when closed!?
Outside Tabs are in position, when windy, rain blows in, runs across counters, starting to get some swelling in counter....and ideas on how to keep flap tighter????

Are you missing the outside wedge cover?
If they are there, maybe a bit of sealant around the top is needed?
