Random switches questions
I attached a picture can someone possibly help me identify these switches? I'm curious if possibly they could turn on my vacuum that is built in, and then I also have 1 big light on the front si...

They could very well be what you have suggested. These are almost certainly 12V switches for some 12V light or other device, and (if your RV is used) may well have been installed by a previous owner. Switching them would seem to be a good way to figure out what's going on, but I assume you've already tried that.
You could presumably use a test light or voltmeter to at least figure out what 12V circuit(s) they are powered by from the house 12V fuse box. Maybe you'll be lucky and it will be labeled helpfully. More likely, unfortunately, is that it will be labeled less than helpfully, unlabeled, or even labeled incorrectly...but one can always hope.
