The nearest Jayco dealer to us is in St. Augustine, FL, which is about a 115 mile drive. The next closet dealer is in North Charleston, SC which is about a 180 mile one-way trip. We've been to the North Charleston, SC dealer 3 times for warranty work because the St. Augustine dealership wouldn't be able to work on our MH in a timely manner.
We bought the motorhome in Williamstown, NJ. On two occassions we needed a new part and the NJ dealer sent us the part under warranty, then we sent them back the bad part. The SC dealer offered the same option one time when a part went bad, but we decided to drive to Charleston anyway.
