When someone posts a rant here, they are often frustrated and at their wits end. I get that.They want to be heard. I get that also. I am also interested in reading. Maybe I can learn something or even help out. Then why do many page long rants appear without even one paragraph break?If you want your rant to be read, give these old eyes a break, and use paragraph breaks. Otherwise, I will just give up, and move on thus negating the purpose of rant completely. Thank you for allowing my rant. Carry on.

Some folks apparently don't reread what they wrote. I'm not talking about folks that really don't spell well - I still want to read them, but when it is perfectly obvious that the poster didn't read over what they wrote - then I wonder... It's a rant, that's why. Otherwise it would be well-organized and written. It's like a conversation. If the person is angry, they don't pause or take breaks.

My rant is people that complain about the way ranters write their rants. You should know they are upset and should allow for that.

I guess I am not as upset about this as I thought, because my punctuation is perfect....Never mind

Looking at that way , I should be grateful.

At least here, a rant is easy to recognize, and I can move away without appearing rude.

Never thought of it that way.

I love a good rant......the no paragraphs makes it tough to fully read.

But until pointed out by qtla9111 "It's like a conversation. If the person is angry, they don't pause or take breaks." I hadn't really thought about it in that light.

Good point......guess I'll try and read it as written knowing WHY.
