Don't use poison. It kills too many other things other then just the rats. Besides do you really want a dead stinky rat carcus hidden somewhere in your RV where you can't find it? Traps, or even live traps, are the best way. And I agree get rid of all the food that they can live on and move all the leaves away from the RV.
