I bought my motorhome from them and I've had great customer service. Always quick, always professional. Sales team was top notch and worked with me on pricing. I have no problem going back to them for service or to purchase another RV.

As someone else pointed out, a lightning strike is quite a bit more than a problem with the fridge, AC or water heater.
