I make light of cooking in my sleep but I am actually afraid of doing something that causes harm to me or someone else. I won't be taking Ambien anymore.
Starting next month I am going to full-time for awhile in my class b, change of scenery may just make sleeping easier.

also have Cymbalta in a 20 mg dose to help with neuropathy as well as Lyrica.
The Cymbalta an hour or so before taking Ambien really helps to sleep but half the next day is a gonner, for me. the Lyrica really helps the neuropathy but it does the same. The pain medication works with the Ambien to keep me awake all night. So most nights I may be here or on one of the other forums.
