Thats what I am tired of. The state just coming of with new fees (taxes) to build revenue. I paid the state to upgrade from a class C to a non commercial class B with restrictions (for work). I upgraded again to a commercial class B because they changed their system. Now I have to pay again to go camping in a RV? I have a class B, air brakes, tank, stopping distances, braking, general driving, pre-trip, etc.... So why do we have to do it all again, just to drive around a damn RV? No air brakes, still heavy, still top heavy, they still don't stop good, still requires you to think about where you are going, where to park, blind spots, same pre-trip, etc... Junk. And to put a cherry on top, They want me to pay $150 to register a 1966 Cadillac! 1966.
